We believe that the independant merchant should be able to trade the way they want and on their terms. Unlike other buying groups we do not negotiate prices on your behalf and we do not enforce where you buy from.

Ideally we would like you to trade with our preferred suppliers as they have been chosen for their rebate deal, special discount prices, one time offers and settlement discounts if applicable.

Our main objective is to get the best annual rebate deal from our partnered suppliers and to ensure they give the best upfront prices to all Newco members.

We remain as a non profit organisation, passing the maximum amount to the members.


We do not have any joining fees and annual membership fees. Joining is a simple process, all we require is that you fill out our application form. Once recieved we ensure that the suppliers we have deals with are informed of your membership. Upon recieving your application form you will be sent a welcome pack outlining all the deals in place. If you do not hold accounts with the preferred suppliers the local area manager will contact you to do this.

If at any time you would like to leave the group all we require is a months written notice. There are no cancellation fees or charges.
